  • The college offers an extensive range of facilities in the Croxteth, Liverpool area in Merseyside available to hire including, 3G pitch, conference centre, classrooms, sports hall, dance studios, multimedia room, grass football pitches, atrium, LRC, music rooms, ICT suite, main hall, netball courts and tennis courts.

    Our lettings are open 7 days a week with closures only during bank holidays and extended opening hours during school holidays.

Broughton Hall Catholic High School

Terms and Conditions

The Community Lettings Management Company is committed to providing a safe, clean, and accessible experience for all facility hirers. To ensure a positive experience, we ask all clients to adhere to the following policies:

  1. Booking & Payment
    All bookings must be completed through our online platform or with a designated representative. Payment must be made in full prior to the date of hire, unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds
    Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the hire date may incur a fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for refunds. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Use of Facilities
    Hirers are responsible for ensuring that the facility is used in a respectful and appropriate manner. All equipment and amenities must be used according to provided instructions. Any damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the hirer, and repair costs may be charged accordingly.

  4. Health & Safety
    All hirers must follow health and safety guidelines as outlined by The Community Lettings Management Company. Emergency exits must remain clear at all times, and any accidents or hazards should be reported immediately to our on-site team.

  5. Clean-Up & Departure
    Hirers are required to leave the facility in the same condition it was in upon arrival. This includes disposing of trash, resetting equipment, and removing all personal items. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the facility is not left in satisfactory condition.

  6. Support & Assistance
    Our support team is available to assist with any issues during your hire. For immediate assistance, please contact our on-site representative or use the provided support number.

By booking and using our facilities, you agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your booking privileges.
